We guarantee that you will pass the official ATPL exam after taking our ATPL live seminar.

If for some reason you don't pass the official TC exam, you can re-join a future ATPL seminar within 12 months for free.

You must 1) have attempted each practice exam at least 3 times with 2) a passing grade of at least 85% each time, and 3) write the TC exam within 30 days of starting the course to be illegible for the guarantee.

If for some reason you do fail the official exam. Send us a picture of your official results showing the FAIL stamp and percentage and we will offer you a one time full refund of 50% per exam failed. We will also still let you keep the course until the course expiry time to ensure you study again and pass.

You must take the seminar for the dates you booked it for.

The supplementary online course is valid for either 6 months.

If you want to extend the course after it expires. A $100 reactivation fee applies to extend it for another 6 months. 

Each of the 2 official exams is valid for 24 months once passed. So, ensure you can get your ATPL hour requirements before the 24 month expiry period. Otherwise, you will have to re-do the exams.

That being said. Most of my students do the exams always. This will help you stand out from the crowd on your resume.

Passing the ATPL exam is not a licence. You must still meet all the Transport Canada ATPL requirements such as flight hours, medical, etc.

The ATPL exam is not mandatory for most entry pilot jobs. For most pilot jobs you only need a valid IATRA exam.

However, if you want to become a Captain on a 2 crew aircraft, you need a valid ATPL licence. Also, many larger companies have higher hiring requirements such as requiring an ATPL for even a First Officer position.

A valid ATPL exam also opens many more job opportunities for commercial pilots wanting to have a higher chance of getting hired.

CAR 400.04(1)

1. Subject to subsections (2) and (6), a person who fails an examination or a section of a sectionalized examination required for the issuance of a flight crew permit, licence, rating or foreign licence validation certificate is ineligible to rewrite the examination or the failed section for a period of
   1. in the case of a first failure, 14 days;
   2. in the case of a second failure, 30 days; and
   3. in the case of a third or subsequent failure, 30 days plus an additional 30 days for each failure in excess of two failures, up to a maximum of 180 days.
