Canadian Runway Friction Index (CRFI). It is a measure of how slippery a runway is on a scale from 0 to 1. A decelerometer measures the braking force applied to an object. This is adapted from the Aeronautical Information Manual AIM. Combined with a crosswind chart to determine if it's safe to land.
