If you previously 'partial passed' a section. You only need to study that section within this course instead of doing all the practice tests.

2) If you passed overall but partialled 2 mandatory sections, I will refund you 50% + 50% = 100% of what you paid for the course.

You must also have met the following minimum study requirements:

You must

1) have attempted each practice exam at least 3 times with

2) a passing grade of at least 85% each time, and

3) write the TC exam within 30 days of starting the course to be eligible for the guarantee.

If for some reason you do fail the official exam. Send us a picture of your official results showing the FAIL stamp and percentage and we will offer a refund according to the above conditions.

We will also still let you keep the course until the course expiry time to ensure you study again and pass.

Depending on the version of the course your sign-up for. The course is valid for either 6 months or 12 months.

If you want to extend the course after it expires. A $100 reactivation fee applies to extend it for another 6 months. 

The official exam is valid for 24 months once passed. So, ensure you can get your CPL hour requirements before the 24 month expiry period. Otherwise, you will have to re-do the exam.

Passing the CPL exam is not a licence. You must still meet all the Transport Canada CPL requirements such as flight test, flying hours, medical, etc.

The CPAER exam is mandatory prior to your CPL flight test. 

One of the CPL flight test admission rules is "proof of having successfully completed the required written examination"

Yes, this course can also be used to pass the Commercial Pilot Helicopter (CPHEL) exam. 

CAR 400.04(1)

1. Subject to subsections (2) and (6), a person who fails an examination or a section of a sectionalized examination required for the issuance of a flight crew permit, licence, rating or foreign licence validation certificate is ineligible to rewrite the examination or the failed section for a period of
   1. in the case of a first failure, 14 days;
   2. in the case of a second failure, 30 days; and
   3. in the case of a third or subsequent failure, 30 days plus an additional 30 days for each failure in excess of two failures, up to a maximum of 180 days.

If you previously 'partial passed' a section such as Navigation or Meteorology etc. You only need to study that specific section(s) within this course instead of doing all the practice tests.
